A couple of days ago, Danna Vale MP's comments regarding the RU486 issue raised some ire. Here's Danna:

I don't know about you, but when I bring children into the world, I'd like to be doing it for more, ah, altrusitic reasons than outspawning them terrorists.
I can't wait for bed-wetting xenophobic fuckwits like these to be piffed into the same mulchbin of history as those who were so sure that the chinaman would ruin us.

I've actually read in the Daily Telegraph where a certain imam from the Lakemba mosque actually said that Australia is going to be a Muslim nation in 50 years' time...we are aborting ourselves almost out of existence by a 100,000 abortions every year. You multiply that by 50 years, that's 5 million potential Australians we won't have here.

Had you actually read the article, you would see that Steyn tore apart the oft-made leftist comparison with old racial warnings of yellow peril and so forth.
Islam isn't a race. It's a religion that has morphed into an ideology.
You don't recognise that, then you express an apathetic view as to the future of humanity. You honestly would care if Islam overtook the world?

Still, I'm pretty worried about the whole 'Islam-taking-over-the-world' thing. I mean, Islamic countries have militarily intervened in so much of the Western world lately. They have a monopoly on nukes, have the largest and most advanced armies, have killed... oh... around 100,000 people in the last few years, control all the major financial institutions in the world, and insist their way of life is, like, totally superior to our savage, barbaric culture.
Most importantly, they talk all funny, and aren't even *white*!
Why don't we be rational for a second and drop the word 'Islam' - call them what they is! And they is 'Communist-Nazi-Nihilist-Cuban-Coloured-Ruskie-Rapist child molestors', who have bad breath and straggly beards. Even the womenfolk.
Adam, you must realise that to communicate with these anti-human people, you need to invade them and subjugate them and show them you're strong.
